Finish Line is in Sight!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

2020 has been a weird year, but thanks to you enabling us to record and release 'Eclectic', it's also been quite important and magical for us .

Months and months after the first song idea, line of lyrics in Niky's notepad or the first new demo, we're now entering the last phase of the process, so please let us fill you in on what's been happening lately!

1) Eclectic EP will be released worldwide on 16th September via Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, Deezer and others...
How about listening some songs excerpts here? Or pre-saving the EP before the release?

2) We have filmed a new music video to be released on 14th September...
Yes, this one is quite important as it's been a while since we put out some moving pictures. Check out the stories here or this post for some behind the scenes pics, footage or the video's backstory!

3) New Merch in the making...
CDs, USBs, t-shirts, buttons, bracelets, magnetic bottle openers, postcards, stickers and patches will be ready for distribution to you, the backers, in a few weeks. All the products will also be available at our gigs or on our website e-shop. Check out some samples below!

Eclectic EP is Recorded!

Dear fans, friends and supporters!

We are incredibly happy to say that the new EP Eclectic has been recorded and is in the process of post-production now, which consists of mixing and mastering.

It was an amazing four-day run at SONO Records, full of great musical experierience, challenge, sometimes no sleep and mainly a lot of fun as we were laying down track after track after track.

Niky wrote an article for Czech magazine Frontman.cz describing the whole process, and we would like to offer its Google translation to you - if you don't want to get through the whole thing, make sure to at least take a look at the photos as they're capturing the atmosphere quite nicely :)

Eclectic to be Delayed - But We're Looking at the Bright Side

Hello our friends, fans and backers!

First of all, we hope all of you are safe and sound, wherever you might be. 

This time tomorrow. we should've been gathered in our rehearsing room, carrying the gear to our van then hitting the road to SONO Records. We'd get there, unload, unpack stuff in our rooms and get together for a couple of drinks and discussions regarding the recording. We'd be pumped up and excited to get up the next morning and start laying down all those tracks.

As you might have guessed, it won't be happening now - the whole country is on more-or-less lockdown and SONO Records, quite understandably, closed its gates for health and security reasons. 

Therefore, our recording sessions have been postponed to the nearest possible date which also means the delay in the whole Eclectic EP process since all the steps are linked to each other.
Without the music, we cannot get the rewards in the making. Following the recommendations and restrictions based on "stay at home" principle, we even cancelled our rehearsals for the time being, as well as all the meetings related to the EP. We also had to re-schedule our EP launch which was supposed to happen in mid-May. It's now postponed to 16th September.

Of course, we are gutted our plans have been messed up with by something we couldn't even remotely affect. At the same time, we look at the bright side - this is not the end of the world and we WILL get all the things done at the nearest opportunity.

Saying that, we'd like to apologise to you for the delay and ask us to please bear with us. As soon as the circumstances allow us, we'll be back on track and get things into motion with the same enthusiasm.
The new EP is something we've been looking forward to for a long time and when the right time comes, nothing will stop us!

There's a Fever Rising...

March is here and so is Niky saying Hi from behind her computer!
There's a fever rising in our band, thankfully it's a creative fever only.

As you all probably know, recording of our new EP Eclectic is slowly approaching - we're hitting the studio on Sunday 6th April staying until Wednesday 8th April.
Communication within internal band channels is going high intensity and so are rehersals which are longer and take place more often. We even got back to our favourite routine of separate rehearsals of rhythm section and six strings tandem - see the picture of the latter below! :)

Meanwhile, poor Milan Cimfe (our producer) is getting spammed by me sending him demos all the time - I sincerely hope he won't block me. Along with that, we're also taking all the necessary actions regarding the new video, photos, visuals and EP launch.
So this update is for you to know that things are getting into motion and pretty soon the wheels will be turning fast!

By the way, we have one gig scheduled for March supporting our dear friends Gaia Mesiah, and next week, Prague gets the exclusive chance of seeing Niky solo and unplugged at Rock Café.

We cannot wait - THANK YOU for enabling us to do all of this!
