Former prisoner of conscience from China supports a comic book

Mrs. Yumei Liu, former prisoner of conscience from China, has made a financial contribution to a comic book (230 Euro or 276 USD).

She was arrested and tortured nine times as part of the so-called „re-education“ led by the Chinese Communist Party. Her father, mother and husband died as a result of the repression. Yumei Liu comes from the Chinese province of Liaoning. Today she lives in asylum in Finland. More here...

Photos of the investigators are already in Canada

One of the main rewards for contributors to the comic book - photographs signed by investigators - has already arrived in Canada, where were signed by former Secretary of State David Kilgour. A few days before that, they had been signed in England by the investigative journalist and writer Ethan Gutmann. They are now traveling to a canadian lawyer David Matas and then will return back to Prague.
