Ahoj přátelé prémiových destilátů, 

pokud ještě nemáte vaši sadu a potřebujete ji do Vánoc, čtěte dál. Pokud ji již máte, nezbývá než popřát krásné svátky, ať se dárky líbí. :) 

Bohužel, Česká pošta je opět zahlcená a nestíhá, množí se nám tedy maily o tom, že ještě nemáte zásilku a nevíte v jaké je stavu. Jak postupovat: 

- najděte e-mail kde Vám od naší logistické společnosti (Pošty Bez Hranic) přišla informace se sledovacím číslem zásilky. To můžete zadat do poštovního systému a zjistit, kde je. U několika z Vás jsme totiž zjistili, že zásilka již je na poště, jen neposlali avízo.

- u několika zásilek se bohužel stalo, že se z nějakého důvodu zasekly na několik dní na překladišti pošty. Přes naši logistickou společnst to s nimi intenzivně řešíme, stále doufáme, že většina z nich k Vám stihne dorazit. 

- pokud máte zásilku k osobnímu odběru ve whisky baru Marpek, mají otevřeno ještě v sobotu od 12:00 do 21:00. Všem jsme Vám posílali faktury, pokud Vám ale spadla do spamu, resp. nemáte číslo faktury - napište nám. Sadu Vám samozřejmě vydají a doklad pošleme znovu. 

...ze všech sil se snažíme bojovat o to, aby jste všichni měli naše sady na Vánoce a jsme přesvědčeni, že se to ve většině případů podaří. Pokud by však přecejen nastala situace, že sada nedorazí - máme pro Vás náhradní řešení. Připravili jsme grafiku dárkového certifikátu, který si budete moci vytisknout a který by mohl mohl sadu zaseklou na poště alespoň symbolicky zastoupit. Pokud by tedy tato neblahá situace nastala - napište nám, grafiku dárkového certifikátu Vám zašleme.
