  Introduction to meditation

  Have you always wanted to try out meditation but you don't know how to start?
  
  When Žofie isn't making sounds on a musical instrument, she mostly appreciates peace and silence. Therefore she's often spending her holidays in buddhist monasteries. 
  
  Come to stop from the everyday business for a moment and just listen. Žofie will introduce you to the basics of meditation, after which we will have a sitting together.
